Return proposals

When to use this procedure

Use this procedure to remove outstanding proposals from a customer's account. To sell a proposal, refer to Pull in a proposal.

Steps to complete

Prerequisites: A customer must have an outstanding proposal on his or her account to complete this procedure.

  1. On the Modules menu, point to Returns and click Return Proposal.
  2. Select a customer account and click Select. The Return Proposal window displays.
  3. Select the proposal(s) you want to return.
  4. If necessary, change the return date in the Date box.
  5. Click Save.
